Executive Administrator Operations
Sandra Network is a Managed Service Provider delivering a full spectrum of IT services to businesses. They are seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide high-trust executive and operational support to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and office operations.

Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities
Manage the CEO’s inbox, including responding to and routing customer inquiries and prioritizing communications
Act as a professional, customer-facing point of contact on behalf of the CEO
Create and track Deals in HubSpot for clients and prospects
Prepare customer contracts and send via Docusign
Attend staff meetings, take notes, and create follow-up action items
Review and refine AI-generated meeting notes for staff distribution
Provide coordination and administrative support related to the CEO’s role as President of EO Boston
Maintain general office organization and shared spaces
Occasionally run basic local office errands
Assist with planning team events and holiday parties
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, Teams)
Demonstrated experience with executive email and calendar management, including prioritization and professional correspondence
Strong internet research skills with the ability to gather, organize, and summarize information efficiently
High level of comfort learning and adapting to new software, tools, and technology
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, customer-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Preferred
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), technology, or professional services environment
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Deals, activity tracking)
Experience using ClickUp or similar task/project management tools
Familiarity with quoting tools, contract workflows, or PSA systems (e.g., Autotask)
