Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of IT category sourcing across enterprise software (SaaS, cloud, and on-prem), hardware, communications platforms, managed services, and IT professional services
Lead RFx execution, supplier negotiations, contract development, renewals, extensions, and governance approvals
Partner cross-functionally with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to drive informed sourcing decisions and ensure contract alignment with operational and risk requirements
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving best-in-class commercial terms, supplier rationalization, and consolidation strategies
Negotiate complex enterprise deals with major technology vendors and professional services partners
Manage multiple concurrent contracts and prioritize workload across the portfolio
Support business case development and executive presentations related to sourcing decisions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing processes, tools, and governance
Ensure compliance with global sourcing policies and standards
Utilize contract management tools and repositories, Ironclad experience preferred
Work within an Oracle-based environment, training provided
Collaborate with leadership as the team expands to support growing contract volume
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT category sourcing across enterprise software (SaaS, cloud, and on-prem), hardware, communications platforms, managed services, and IT professional services
Experience leading RFx execution, supplier negotiations, contract development, renewals, extensions, and governance approvals
Ability to partner cross-functionally with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance, and business leaders
Strong supplier relationship management skills
Experience negotiating complex enterprise deals with major technology vendors and professional services partners
Ability to manage multiple concurrent contracts and prioritize workload
Experience supporting business case development and executive presentations related to sourcing decisions
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing processes, tools, and governance
Knowledge of global sourcing policies and standards
Experience utilizing contract management tools and repositories
Ability to work within an Oracle-based environment
