The AED Connectivity Specialist is responsible for ensuring the readiness of AED equipment at customer locations by performing inspections, replacing batteries and pads, and providing post-event support.

Responsibilities
Physical Annual Inspection of every assigned AED in the defined territory
Occasional assistance with placement and installation of AEDs at customer locations
Replacement of Pads & Batteries as needed
Post Event support and data retrieval from AEDs
Reporting issues through the Rescue Ready Services Ticketing System
Assist as needed with special projects in the field
Qualification
Required
Veteran Status is a required
A state issued driver's license is required
All Rescue Ready Service Agents must pass a full background check and drug screening prior to hire
Must be able to operate computer equipment and a smart phone with the Check AED mobile application
Preferred
Fire/Police/Military/EMS background strongly preferred
Certified in CPR/AED/FA is also Preferred
