Responsibilities
Conduct fact investigations and legal research
Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
Manage document production and litigation databases
Maintain case files and electronic project folders
Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials
Attend trials as needed and provide on‑site support
Coordinate electronic and in‑person filings and arrange service
Collect, review, and summarize records
Assist with calendaring and docketing deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years' commercial litigation experience or related
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate highly preferred
Experience with Relativity and other litigation-support platforms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Exceptional organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
