Responsibilities
Champion Agile/Scrum practices and values to drive high-performance delivery across Application Engineering efforts
Foster a culture of self-organization, continuous improvement, and psychological safety
Proactively identify and remove impediments
Facilitate productive discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Enhance transparency and stakeholder engagement
Support teams in refining and maintaining product backlogs
Lead with a servant leadership mindset
Collaborate with Operations to track defects and ensure SLAs are met
Leverage AI tools and analytics to optimize planning, risk management, and delivery
Promote AI-driven automation and insights
Integrate emerging technologies into delivery processes
Embrace additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Preferred
Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership in facilitation, conflict resolution, and transparency
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel periodically
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with modern project management tools, including Jira, JSM and Confluence
Familiarity with AI platforms for delivery optimization
Commitment to continual improvement
