Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable WES architectures for real-time decision-making and resource allocation
Develop orchestration logic for inventory flow and order prioritization across automation layers
Build APIs and integration layers for ERP/WMS systems and automation platforms
Optimize algorithms for throughput and task scheduling in lifelong and online domains
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system interoperability
Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in software development
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of experience in software development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry
Expertise in distributed systems, orchestration logic, and real-time execution monitoring
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
Experience integrating complex software ecosystems (ERP/WMS/automation)
Preferred
Background in warehouse execution systems or solving large-scale scheduling problems
Experience with real-time systems
Knowledge of ROS/ROS2
