Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist role involves ensuring timely assistance to customers over the phone and in person, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Assisting all clients, checking in, greeting at arrival
Notifying staff of appointment arrivals
Check client out/collecting co-pay
Ensuring all clients are offered Office Summary of today’s appointment, education information, PIN numbers
Post physician and therapy services as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Experience working in a clinical office setting and/or retail experience preferred
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
Great customer service skills, computer skills, and phone etiquette
