Sales Director
Groupe Beneteau is the world leader in sailing yachts, seeking a dynamic Sales Director to become the ambassador of their iconic brand across the Americas. This strategic role involves strengthening and expanding the dealer network, driving sales performance, and contributing to market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop, support, and grow the Beneteau Sail dealer network across the Americas
Drive sales performance, ensure brand consistency, and maintain strong commercial relationships
Define distribution strategy, identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion strategies
Provide market intelligence on competitors, trends, and customer expectations
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance brand positioning and visibility
Represent Beneteau at major boat shows, dealer events, and industry gatherings
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reports
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing and developing a premium/high-end dealer network
Strong understanding of sailing, the sailing community, and the boating industry
Solid experience in sales, business development, and relationship management
Strong grasp of marketing and brand communication tactics
In-depth knowledge of the North American marine market – essential
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Availability for 2–3 weeks of travel per month (U.S., Canada, events, boat shows)
Preferred
French and Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
