The role requires strong technical and functional payroll expertise to manage various payroll-related tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Perform balance adjustments and on‑cycle payroll audits
Manage weekly/biweekly Dayforce batch releases and journal entries
Handle Canada biweekly tax payments and journal entries
Support quarter‑end tax filing and multi‑worksite reporting
Process severance payments (low volume)
Investigate and resolve pay inquiries
Manage wire transfers, overpayment deductions, union dues, and PSHUP audits
Support deferred compensation, ROE, and garnishment processes
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with PeopleSoft HR & Payroll (US + Canada)
Highly self‑motivated, able to problem‑solve with limited oversight
Able to work independently in a high‑pressure environment
Preferred
Dayforce experience is a plus, but not required
