Responsibilities
Aggregate and analyze petabytes of game and player data in preparation for deeper analysis and reporting
Determine the best set of metrics and KPIs to measure operational performance and run business reviews
Build dashboards that allow team members to track product performance and self-serve insights for decision-making
Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes in front of business leaders and decision makers
Design and conduct experiments to test performance hypotheses
Conduct market research and provide insights for informed decision-making and to identify market trends and opportunities
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or related fields
Experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks and experimentation systems in a matrixed or otherwise complex environment
Applied experience in large-scale data analysis, such as significance testing, clustering (e.g., k-means, latent class analysis), regressions, propensity score matching, and other advanced statistical methods as needed
Proficient in SQL/Python, Databricks, Tableau and ability to maintain complex datasets
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML models for workflow optimization and automation
Graduate degree in analytics, statistics, engineering, or related field
Experience working with global/distributed teams
