Outbound Sales Specialist
Reason Agency is a performance-marketing agency focused on customer acquisition for telehealth DTC brands. The Outreach Specialist will drive new client acquisition, manage prospect outreach, and convert opportunities into appointments.

Responsibilities
Identify rapid-growth DTC brands within the Telehealth and Health/Wellness sectors
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and industry databases to find key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth)
Mine our existing CRM for "dormant" leads or opportunities to ask for referrals
Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, Cold Email, and CRM-based prospecting
Personalize outreach at scale to ensure high open and response rates
Manage initial replies, overcome "gatekeeper" objections, and nurture interest
Vetting prospects to ensure they meet our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
Clearly articulate the REASON value proposition to spark interest
Coordinate schedules to book Discovery Calls directly onto the Sales Team’s calendars
Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
Track conversion rates from "Sent" to "Reply" to "Booked Call."
Submit a weekly scorecard every Monday morning
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English: Perfect written and verbal communication is non-negotiable
Direct Experience: Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or SDR roles (preferably for agencies or SaaS)
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) landscape or Telehealth is a massive plus
Tech Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold email automation platforms (Instantly, Apollo, etc.)
Mindset: You are a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding and thrives on hitting (and exceeding) daily targets
