Responsibilities
Serves as a Management Analyst for Business Intelligence, fulfilling analytics and reporting requests to support federal grant reporting
Develops and maintains Tableau dashboards using provided data to support leadership
Serves as Management Analyst for Consumer Reporting Form (CRF) and Client Data System (CDS)
Plans and conducts various statistical data and business intelligence analyses on departmental operations and/or grant programs
Formulates scope of studies in which needs, and problems are identified, objectives are clarified and defined, and approaches are explored and assessed
Provides technical assistance and training to Providers and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Health Information, Data Management, or a related field is required
Experience in data management including SQL
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, quality assurance, or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or social services setting
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, data submissions, and provider interactions
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or errors
