Responsibilities
Write efficient, effective, and inspiring creative briefs grounded in original insights, calibrated for cultural relevance, and focused on client outcomes
Identify innovative ways in which messages can come to life today
Uncover insights, shape ideas, and bridge stories from brands to consumers
Write GTM frameworks and multi-market comms plans that put our creative work into culture, media, and market in strategically aligned, and impactful, ways
Remain consistently curious and up-to-date on AI and other emerging trends - gathering intel, streamlining insights, and predicting ways of working in the future
Be an energetic presence who leads by example, thinks a step ahead, and looks for opportunities to grow yourself, your strategists, and our opportunities
Earn the trust of clients and collaborators alike every day with emotional intelligence and a partnership-oriented approach to the job
Qualification
Required
10-12+ years experience of experience in varied strategic roles (brand, social, planning)
Bachelor's Degree
Strong desire to redefine and shape something new within this space
Experience leading teams and work streams at all stages of the process
Experience growing and developing teams
Experience simplifying ideas - taking the complex and making it simple
Experience collaborating with creative partners
Willingness to be in the work, not just lead others doing the work
Knowledge of relevant tools and research platforms
Innately curious, open minded, organized, and a self-starter
