Executive Administrative Project Manager
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking an Executive Administrative Project Manager for the Department of Medicine Chair’s Office. Oversees all aspects of planning, design, and execution of assigned small, routine projects and coordinates with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Assists in timeline development, ensures adherence to timeframes, and adjusts project deliverables to avoid issues
Performs budgetary functions and administrative tasks
Assists with external consultant and vendor selection, negotiation, and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent customer service skills, in person, through email, and on the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF
Strong project management skills
Ability to recognize priorities and exercise independent judgement
Proactive and independent in identifying issues in advance and working on solutions
Professional and complete work accurately and on time
