Responsibilities
Build consumer-centric assortment plans using marketplace and trend insights
Translate consumer, sales, trend, and marketplace data into in-season and long-term strategies
Participate in seasonal reviews and assortment planning with marketplace partners
Balance and manage multiple seasons simultaneously, informing future line plans
Partner with Territory Merchandising for marketplace insights and adoption strategies
Collaborate with Global Merchandising to influence future product line planning
Prepare seasonal tools and materials to support marketplace partners
Manage assortment planning through the entire seasonal lifecycle
Capture and apply in-market learnings and consumer trends to future assortments
Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of experience in footwear, apparel, and/or accessories merchandising, product creation, or retail
Strong affinity for product, consumer insights, and market trends
Solid knowledge of retail and digital metrics including sell-through, margin, full-price realization, and weeks of supply
Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrix organization
High attention to detail and appreciation for consistency
Team-first mindset with passion for continuous learning
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-moving environments
Preferred
Industry experience in performance sport categories (Running, Training/Fitness, Outdoor)
Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams
Strong partnership experience with Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Prior experience in large global brands or sportswear companies (preferred)
