Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of complex transit and infrastructure projects from concept through construction
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and programme alignment
Produce and oversee high-quality architectural and technical documentation for large-scale, public-sector projects
Work closely with clients, transit authorities, and public stakeholders through presentations, reviews, and approvals
Resolve complex technical and coordination challenges within highly serviced infrastructure environments
Support and mentor junior team members, providing design direction and technical oversight
Qualification
Required
4 – 10+ years' post-qualification professional experience within architecture
Strong track record delivering complex transit, infrastructure, transportation, or large-scale civic projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Proven experience leading project teams and managing projects through all phases, from concept to construction
Confident communicator with experience engaging clients, consultants, and public-sector stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Revit; experience with BIM coordination on large, multi-disciplinary projects essential
