Change Manager
Templeton & Partners is supporting a global consumer-facing organisation on a large-scale Planning transformation. They are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the North America rollout, ensuring that changes are embraced, adopted, and sustained across the business.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Change Lead to execute an established change strategy for North America
Act as a regional change partner, owning and delivering specific change management activities
Partner with business leaders to develop a compelling change story and clear case for change
Identify and assess organisational change impacts
Define and execute change management interventions (communications, training, engagement)
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change and transformation initiatives over time
Qualification
Required
5-8 years' experience delivering change initiatives within a global corporate environment
Strong experience engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of change management best practices
Creativity and experience using modern communication and learning tools
A hands-on mindset with a genuine passion for change
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with o9 implementations (highly preferred)
Functional knowledge of planning processes (highly preferred)
Change management certification preferred
