Responsibilities

Design and deploy video conferencing and collaboration systems
Integrate AV hardware (cameras, displays, mics, speakers, DSPs)
Program control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS, etc.)
Build one-touch meeting and automation solutions
Troubleshoot conferencing and AV issues
Support high-visibility meetings when needed
Create standards, documentation, and user training

Qualification

Required

3+ years supporting Zoom, Teams, Webex, or similar platforms
Hands-on AV installation and configuration experience
Control system programming experience
Knowledge of IP networking, VoIP, and AV over IP
Scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred

CTS or vendor certs
room scheduling systems
digital signage
acoustics knowledge
