Responsibilities
Contribute to outsourcing PK study design, monitoring, and execution
Perform lab-related activities including dose material preparation and possible sample/tissue preparation (note - this is a very minor component of the role)
Conduct PK data analysis and maintain/update departmental databases
Utilize coding techniques to streamline data entry, perform statistical analysis, and generate study reports
Actively participate in department interactions and deliver department presentations regarding study findings
Qualification
Required
A BS or MS degree in Biological and/or data science or similar
1–2 years of hands-on preclinical R&D experience preferred, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
Basic understanding of animal physiology and cell culture
Familiarity with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA, FACS, and LCMS
Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to apply coding techniques to manage large datasets
Experience with database entry and management
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an independent thinker
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated effectiveness in a team setting
Preferred
1–2 years of hands-on preclinical R&D experience preferred, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
