The Ads & Podcast FP&A team is seeking a highly analytical Analyst to support financial planning and analysis across global advertising and podcast businesses, contributing to forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models to support monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning across Advertising revenue and content costs
Prepare financial guidance and performance materials for business leaders and Corporate FP&A, including detailed variance analyses
Support global advertising and podcast revenue forecasting across markets, including analysis of demand trends, pricing, inventory, and sales performance
Coordinate deal modeling and scenario analysis for new business initiatives, evaluating cost implications and impacts to the Spotify P&L
Develop and automate reporting dashboards and data tools to track revenue performance, monetization trends, and key KPIs
Summarize monthly and quarterly performance, highlighting drivers, risks, and opportunities across all revenue streams
Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business strategies, product updates, and marketplace dynamics
Contribute to improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and data infrastructure as the business scales
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles
Advanced Excel / Sheets skills and experience working with complex datasets
Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear insights
Organized, curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative teammate with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools is a plus
