Manage and evaluate consumer protection and product-related litigation matters
Analyze records and discovery materials to develop defense and settlement recommendations
Prepare damages analyses and settlement calculations
Draft clear case summaries and reports for internal teams and clients
Work closely with experienced litigators across offices to develop case strategy
Qualification
Required
3 years or more of experience in warranty defense, financial services litigation, product liability, insurance defense, or similar litigation
Strong analytical skills, including experience with damages and settlement calculations
Must be admitted to the California Bar
Can be fully remote
