Responsibilities

Develop, implement and realize the sales strategy and plan for the designated customer account(s) in alignment with functional guidelines and business (segment) strategy and strategic marketing plan
Secure new business deals that maximize the short and long term revenue and profitability of Biomedical. Directly responsible for managing customer relationships with assigned and prospective customers
Actively realize sales with assigned and prospective customer accounts in line with agreed budgets and operational pricing boundaries
Develop a list of business prospects to identify and deliver long term growth expectations to achieve expected revenue contribution

Required

5+ years direct sales experience with proven track record/capabilities
Experience in a business-to-business market
Good clinical/technical understanding and affinity with medical technology. Displays deep knowledge of Biomedical product portfolio and products' use in end-market and products' differentiation versus competition
Entrepreneurial sales professional who proactively develops business with her/his customers, actively prospects
In depth understanding of sales process, contracting, licensing and other tools and experience in negotiating complex sales agreements
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Customer leader who thoroughly understands customers' needs, establishes privileged relationships and actively influences their innovation and purchasing decisions
Must be able to work with a high degree of independence within corporate sales & marketing procedures and guidelines
Willingness to travel > 50%
