Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Department Manager and fellow Team Leaders to set and achieve ambitious Personal Lines goals and objectives
Embrace and champion the Department vision, effectively communicating and driving results at the branch level
Create an uplifting environment that empowers the team to thrive and succeed
Take charge of day-to-day operations within your branch, ensuring everything runs smoothly
Bring your expertise to the table with a deep understanding of the current products and services offered by various insurance companies
You will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and processing all client service requests, ensuring that this vital information gets submitted efficiently
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of prior industry experience
An active Property & Casualty License
A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system
