Property Accountant
LHH is an established real estate development and property management organization with over five decades in business. They are seeking a Commercial Property Accountant to manage accounting activities for a portfolio of commercial properties, focusing on lease accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Manage accounting activities for a portfolio of commercial properties
Prepare CAM reconciliations and triple‑net calculations
Interpret and review commercial lease agreements
Complete monthly financial reporting and assist with property budgets
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support month‑end close
Collaborate with property and accounting teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial real estate accounting
Strong understanding of commercial leases, CAM, and triple‑net charges
Yardi experience required
Ability to clearly articulate work performed on prior roles
Preferred
General ledger experience preferred but not required if lease experience is strong
