Responsibilities
Oversee policy and research initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications remain aligned
Conduct research and synthesize complex technical or policy issues into concise memos, briefs, and presentations for leaders and stakeholders
Coordinate private roundtables, expert discussions, and stakeholder convenings, managing all logistics, materials, and follow-up outreach
Support senior scholars and leaders by managing workflows, preparing materials, and maintaining organized program systems
Track budgets, contracts, and expenditures in collaboration with internal operations teams
Build and maintain databases, project trackers, and engagement systems to ensure smooth program execution
Foster strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners to advance center-right policy perspectives
Qualification
Required
Two (2) to four (4) years in program management, policy research, project coordination, or related work—preferably in a policy organization, think tank, Capitol Hill office, or nonprofit
Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex topics clearly
Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain structure, and anticipate needs in fast-moving environments
Skilled at cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable adapting to new tools
Exercises sound judgment and handles sensitive information with care
