Analyst, Statistical Programming III
TALENT Software Services is seeking an Analyst in Statistical Programming III to work with Medicare claims data. The role involves data integrity checks, validating data warehouse table loads, and creating reports, with a strong focus on programming for reporting and data manipulation.

Responsibilities
Work with Medicare Part A/B and RRB claims data
Monthly responsibilities include:
Data integrity checks
Validating data warehouse table loads
Running routine/standard reports
Creating ad-hoc reports for customers
Heavy focus on:
Programming for reporting
Data manipulation and analysis
Currently use:
SAS SQL
By end of 2026:
Transitioning to Python
Expanding dashboards and modeling
Qualification
Required
4 years of statistical programming or statistical interpretation
Microsoft Office
Strong communication (technical & non-technical audiences)
Must write clear documentation for reports
Must adapt quickly to new tools and environments
Must be self-motivated and confident
Must handle complex problems with limited direction
Preferred
5 years statistical practices
5 years statistical software & relational database experience (can overlap)
SAS and/or Python
Databricks
SQL
Experience converting SAS to Python is highly desired
