Responsibilities

Generating New Business Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads using cutting-edge sales tools, contributing directly to our growth and success
Prospecting & Research: Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and industries, building relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborative Strategy: Partner with senior sales team members to refine communication strategies and develop best practices that drive successful outreach throughout the sales cycle
Innovating & Experimenting: Contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales development process, ensuring we stay ahead in the market
Relationship Building: Nurture leads from first contact to qualified opportunity, playing an essential role in their journey with AutogenAI
Industry Representation: Represent AutogenAI at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings, enhancing your own professional network and our brand presence
Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, helping to shape our sales approach
Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze your outreach campaigns, sharing insights and contributing to team-wide improvements

Qualification

Required

Sales Enthusiasm: A genuine desire to pursue a career in sales, with a willingness to spend a majority of your time engaging with clients over the phone and via virtual meetings
Education: A bachelor's degree, with a demonstrated interest in technology, business, or communication
Self-Starter Attitude: The confidence to work autonomously, combined with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and solutions
Passion for AI & SaaS: A strong interest in technology, AI, and SaaS solutions, with a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving industry
Location: Must be happy to work 3x per week in our vibrant midtown Manhattan office
Exceptional Communication Skills: Articulate, persuasive, and able to convey complex ideas with clarity and confidence
Driven & Goal-Oriented Mindset: A passion for setting and exceeding ambitious targets, with a competitive spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment with an innate drive to raise the bar - turn it up to 11!
Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: An eagerness to understand AI technology and the SaaS industry, staying ahead of the latest trends and best practices
Adaptability & Resilience: Comfort with navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and embracing challenges as opportunities to grow
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with others, contributing to a culture of knowledge-sharing and mutual success

Preferred

Any previous experience or internships in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles
Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Knowledge or interest in AI and natural language processing technologies
Knowledge or interest in the bid/proposal, grant processes
