Director of New Business Development
ODN is one of the fastest-growing OOH Media placement firms in the country, and they are seeking a Director of New Business Development to help identify and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with new clients and expanding the company's presence within the Out-of-Home (OOH) and integrated media space.

Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new revenue opportunities with prospective clients
Build and maintain a pipeline of new client relationships through outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
Lead conversations that uncover client needs and align them with tailored media solutions
Guide opportunities from early-stage discovery through pitch, close, and onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
Participate in RFPs and growth initiatives that support long-term revenue development
Represent the agency at industry events and relationship-building opportunities
Qualification
Required
Over three years of professional experience in new business development, revenue generation, or client acquisition
Experience in advertising Industry is a required
Demonstrated ability to identify and grow new revenue streams
Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset paired with strong follow-through
Experience using CRM tools
