They are seeking a Die Room Technician to maintain die room inventory, ensure compliance with safety standards, and assist in operational changes while supporting the training of others.

Responsibilities
Complete accurate documentation and record keeping on production operator logs
Maintain and track die room inventory using computer software or Excel spreadsheet and 6S tools to prevent run outs and defective items
Comply with company safety standards and procedures
Track die failures for process engineer to determine root cause and improve the die design and drawing process
Ensures safe working practices are being followed
Participates Bruker OST’s on-boarding efforts by participating in activities that supports the training of others
Actively engages with quality and process engineers to assist and implement operational changes in compliance with established MSI standards
Cross-training as required per business needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have basic math and computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Must be able to follow standard operating procedures
Eligible to work in the USA
Ability to communicate, read, and write in English
Ability to read and interpret procedures and calibrated equipment
Ability to read and understand all safety operating procedures and to use all safety features and equipment
Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
