Regional Sales Manager
Flexicon Corporation is a recognized leader in bulk material handling solutions, and they are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand their presence across the East North Central region. In this role, you will own and grow an established territory by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing technical equipment sales.

Responsibilities
Grow revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts
Meet directly with customers, prospects, and manufacturers’ representatives to understand application needs and recommend solutions
Develop and present quotations, proposals, and sales strategies tailored to customer requirements
Review technical and engineering specifications and coordinate responses with internal teams
Maintain consistent follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications Engineering, and Marketing teams at Flexicon headquarters
Travel extensively (up to 85%) to support customer engagement and territory growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in engineering, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in technical or industrial equipment field sales
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Preferred
Experience with bulk processing or material handling equipment is a plus
