Information Technology & Services
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support routing protocols including RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, and QoS
Handle SDWAN solutions (Cisco & Fortinet) and ensure optimal network performance
Provide technical support and pre-sales assistance to global customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network design and deployment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OBS solutions and services
Contribute to customer success through effective communication and technical expertise
Support implementation and troubleshooting of Voice/IPT, Messaging, or Security solutions (beneficial)
Qualification
Required
B.Tech or equivalent in Telecommunications or IT
CCNA/CCDP Mandatory
Proven experience with BGP, OSPF, STP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP
Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN technologies
Strong knowledge of routing and switching
Experience working with global customers
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good commercial acumen and customer-focused attitude
Preferred
CCNP certification preferred
