Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of small projects while assisting on larger projects
Manage internal and external / vendor teams
Coordinate deadlines and schedules
Scheduling meetings and conference calls
Act as a resource for the project team to research, collect assets or any task that aids in completing a project
Facilitate invoicing projects through account and billing teams
Facilitate and support brainstorming sessions
Contribute to presentation slides when needed
Maintain consistent proactive vs reactive contact with client
Document meeting notes and follow-ups
Support internal teams with insights to better exceed at their jobs (i.e. quarterly reports, competitive reviews, client verbatims, etc)
Proof read with attention to detail
Help with internal new business research
Qualification
Required
1-3 years experience of agency or client-side experience
Impeccable organization skills
Attention to detail
Handle pressure and ability to manage multiple projects
Self-starter and proactive
