Vice President of Business Development
EVONA is an established and fast-growing space technology company hiring a Senior Business Development professional to enhance its US federal business. The role involves driving revenue through government contracts and managing long-cycle pursuits in the satellite data sector.
Responsibilities
Drive net-new US government revenue across defence, intelligence, and civilian agencies
Open doors, build pipeline, and personally close large, multi-year satellite data contracts
Lead complex capture efforts across multiple agencies and stakeholders
Manage long-cycle pursuits from early engagement through to contract award
Represent the business with senior government decision-makers and partners
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success closing major US government contracts in space, defence, or data-driven environments
Experience selling satellite data, EO, weather, geospatial, or intelligence-related products
Deep familiarity with federal procurement, PPBE, and non-traditional acquisition pathways
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to build federal sales motions from the ground up
Eligibility for security clearance
