Manufacturing Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

Maintain, develop, and implement new automation processes for product filling, kit assembly, and packaging utilizing Robotics, Vision systems, COBOT (collaborative robots) systems to reduce labor content and improve product quality
Generate, develop, and execute validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) protocols for manufacturing and packaging equipment
Lead or support automation-related troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate-level degree in a field relevant to the internship
Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program
Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college
Basic understanding of problem-solving tools and methodologies
