Responsibilities

Facilitate the intake process with project sponsors to gather project requirements, managing communication with stakeholders, measuring impact and setting expectations for scheduling and timely delivery
Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of US MarCom projects related to brand management, digital campaigns, events, and company communications
Facilitate communications and project updates along with MarCom leaders, stakeholders and project sponsors
Develop, manage, and optimize workflows for MarCom deliverables such as presentations, videos, social media graphics, and events
Evaluate and allocate team resources across large and small projects with guidance from U.S. MarCom leaders
Participate in the coordination and leadership of event planning and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand presence and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate closely with US MarCom to help align with Japan and other global marketing teams in support of joint projects
Establish and report on department key performance metrics and value added
Utilize project management tools (monday.com) to optimize project tracking, resource allocation, and reporting
Create and tailor processes using project management methodologies, identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years of project management experience preferably within marketing or communications functions
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand management, and integrated communications
Proven ability to lead projects from request to finish with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software, specifically monday.com, and familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products and general business computing
Experience analyzing data and performance metrics to drive insights and optimize requests
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes for scalable marketing operations
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
Ability to multi-task is critical to success
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
Willingness to travel domestically on a minimal basis
TEL operates on a hybrid work model which requires at least 3 days a week in our new downtown Austin office with a beautiful view of LadyBird Lake

Preferred

Experience with content production and event marketing workflows
Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing
Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations with some financial acumen
Japanese language skills are not required but would be a significant plus
Experience with creating comprehensive workflows using Monday.com Work Management
CAPM or PMP Certification
