Responsibilities

Support the full life cycle of Enterprise’s evaluation and impact assessment projects, including evaluation planning and research design, data collection and analysis, synthesis of analytical findings, and presentation of actionable recommendations
Contribute to project management activities, including support of project budgeting, development and implementation of project work plans, management of project workflow, and maintaining client relationships
Incorporate the principles and practices of participatory and equitable evaluation into the design and implementation of evaluations and other research initiatives
Synthesize qualitative information to identify key themes and findings that shape evaluation results and actionable recommendations
Prepare evaluation reports, case studies, white papers and other written materials and tools that support efforts to effectively communicate evaluation findings to a variety of internal and external audiences in a way that bolsters future program delivery and broader field-building efforts
Travel approximately once per quarter (based on location) for meetings and site visits

Required

Undergraduate degree required in city planning, public policy, public health, urban economics or a related field that emphasizes analyzing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative information
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience evaluating social programs using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods (e.g., survey design and implementation, interviews and focus groups, content and theming analysis, cost-benefit analysis, analysis of administrative data, etc.). Advanced degree may substitute up to two (2) years of experience
Experience in consulting or a similar client-focused environment that involved supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex and varied information from multiple sources (e.g., surveys, stakeholder interviews, secondary data sets) to identify important themes and learnings that can be applied in other contexts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in writing evaluation plans, research reports, issue briefs, client-facing presentations and related work products
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required
Curiosity, passion for equity, and excitement about sharing new skills and knowledge
Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with NVivo, Dedoose, Qualtrics, R or other quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis programs is highly desirable
