Outbound Telesales Representative - REMOTE

Responsibilities
Identify, profile, and qualify sales opportunities to move them through the sales cycle
Engage with local and field Microsoft personnel as well as Microsoft partners to support sales initiatives
Maintain high-quality account data and ensure follow-up with potential customers through calls and emails
Follow up on post-event engagement such as webinars and other lead-generation activities to create new pipeline opportunities
Assist in handing off qualified leads to account managers to facilitate sales growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years experience with CRM and sales management tools
Proven sales experience, preferably in technology sales
Experience using Microsoft tools and platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership and team members
