Responsibilities
Configure and support new hospital deployments, with emphasis on RHEL/Linux environments and HL7/API integrations
Manage upgrades, security patches, and performance tuning for Linux-based applications
Troubleshoot issues across Red Hat servers, SQL databases, and clinical integrations
Monitor system health, logs, and uptime to ensure high availability in mission-critical ICU settings
Serve as the go-to Linux expert for internal technical teams and customer IT staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years hands-on RHEL/Linux administration (command line, scripting, troubleshooting)
Strong SQL and API integration skills (HL7, FHIR experience a plus)
Background in hospital/healthcare IT environments (applications, EMRs, or data flows)
Proven track record in application support and incident resolution
Preferred
Linux certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Linux+)
3–5 years implementing healthcare software or biomedical hardware
Familiarity with interface engines (Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody) or decision support tools
