Deal Desk Analyst
Veza is the identity security company, seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Deal Desk Analyst to support Quote-to-Cash operations. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals. Assist in designing quotes that balance customer needs with company profitability
Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms, ensuring strict compliance with internal discounting policies, revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), and legal guidelines
Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ. Collaborate with RevOps to maintain the product catalog, configure pricing rules, and troubleshoot approval workflows
Facilitate the deal review process by coordinating effectively with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders to resolve commercial blockers and secure necessary approvals
Provide ongoing support and training to the Sales and CS teams on quoting processes, best practices, and new system enhancements
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ applications (Nue.io, Salesforce CPQ, or similar)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for deal modeling
Solid understanding of subscription pricing models, SaaS contracting terms, and basic revenue recognition principles
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex rules to sales teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Preferred
Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
Salesforce Administrator certification
Background in Identity Security or regulated industries
