Nextgen CES ADK PoC: Develop intents, entities, dialog policies; integrate with backend systems; A/B test prompts
Knowledge Hub Roadmap: Implement retrieval-augmented responses using knowledge hub; feedback loops for content quality
Chat Transcript Integration: Create pipelines for labeling/transcript ingestion; fine-tune models from real conversations
Transition ADK Generative Reporting: Connect bot analytics to generative reporting; instrument bot events
Requirements completeness/traceability, UAT pass rate, stakeholder sign-off, cycle time from story to done
