Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Develop plugins workflows and custom connectors as needed
Maintain and support existing CRM solutions ensuring optimal performance
Document development processes configurations and customizations
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and CRM development trends
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales or CRM development
Experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales or other CRM platforms
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement CRM features
Procode development skills to build scalable and efficient CRM applications
Experience in performing system integrations and troubleshooting issues related to CRM systems
Ability to ensure high-quality code by following best practices and conducting thorough testing
Participation in code reviews and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
Ability to work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and custom connectors as needed
Ability to maintain and support existing CRM solutions ensuring optimal performance
Experience in documenting development processes, configurations, and customizations
