Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes
Assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems
Product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction
Coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 6 or more years of related experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Hands-on experience with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
Communication and customer interface skills
Thorough understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques
Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
