Responsibilities

Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and attendance policies
Conducting audits on attendance and tardiness timekeeping codes, correcting and updating employee records as necessary
Creating and publishing daily progress/status updates for operations customers and UAW stakeholders, while conducting meetings and administering corrective actions as needed

Required

Hold a Bachelor's Degree
Have one or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Possess conflict management skills
Be available to work all shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts
