Responsibilities
Creating and administering content on all social media platforms to grow an audience and build brand awareness
Designing and driving high-quality social media content and campaigns that consistently align with established strategies and branding
Conducting market research to identify social media best practices, trends and insights
Building and executing a social media strategy through competitor research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Communication and Internal Communications to ensure cohesive messaging within the organization
Experience in Writing and crafting compelling Press Releases to represent the company's brand and messaging to external audiences effectively
Proficiency in Strategic Communications to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with business objectives
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with the agriculture or produce industry is beneficial but not required
