Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
Handle courtroom hearings and evidentiary proceedings with confidence and professionalism
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial materials
Work closely with paralegals and administrative staff in a paperless, technology-forward environment
Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients
Meet or exceed the firm’s billable hour targets
Qualification
Required
Exposure or experience in family law or criminal defense is required
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed (or pending admission) in Arizona
Demonstrated trial advocacy or clinical courtroom experience
Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage cases independently
Genuine interest in family law and client advocacy
Preferred
Ability to speak Spanish conversationally is strongly preferred, but not required
