Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact by managing high-volume visitor check-ins, providing precise directions, and maintaining proactive communication with tenants to ensure a seamless entry experience
Uphold the building’s integrity by strictly following security protocols, validating credentials with discretion, and monitoring lobby flow to maintain an orderly, Class A environment
Serve as a premier brand ambassador by delivering polished, proactive assistance regarding building amenities and local offerings while managing guest logistics with a luxury-service mindset
Ensure seamless daily operations by maintaining a pristine lobby environment, managing professional communications, and accurately documenting shift activity to uphold 22 Vanderbilt’s brand standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in luxury hospitality, Class A office environments, high-end residential buildings, or concierge/front-desk roles
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
Ability to remain composed in a dynamic, high-traffic environment
Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Preferred
Proficiency with visitor management software and general office systems preferred
