Responsibilities
Leading pre-opening execution, including hiring, onboarding, and training leadership and hourly staff
Overseeing daily operations with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
Managing labor scheduling, payroll efficiency, and operating budgets
Enforcing brand standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Building, coaching, mentoring, and retaining a strong leadership and frontline team
Overseeing birthday parties, group events, and special programming
Partnering with sales and marketing efforts to drive bookings and revenue growth
Coordinating with Big Air corporate teams on systems, training, and best practices
Reviewing performance metrics and driving continuous operational improvement
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of management experience in one or more of the following: Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), Restaurants (QSR, fast-casual, or casual dining), Hospitality venues, High-volume retail or guest-service operations
Proven experience leading large hourly teams in fast-paced environments
Strong working knowledge of: Labor management and scheduling, Guest experience and service recovery, Safety procedures and operational compliance
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, coach, and develop people
Professional, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Experience opening a new location or supporting a grand opening
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
