They are seeking an Office Operations & Finance Coordinator to support the financial and administrative operations of their headquarters, ensuring smooth financial workflows and efficient office operations.
Printing Services
Responsibilities
Process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments in QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Record deposits, credit card payments, credits, and collections activity
Respond to customer and vendor billing inquiries
Create and maintain job and order folders
Upload invoices to customer portals
Update order and invoice tracking reports
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Manage mail, fax distribution, and general office coordination
Order office supplies and maintain organized shared workspaces
Review invoices, payments, and deposits
Process bills and customer invoices in QuickBooks
Update tracking reports and job folders
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
Maintain office organization and administrative flow
Qualification
Required
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or financial administration
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
