Sales Manager – New & Pre-Owned Vehicles
MileOne Autogroup is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead their New and Pre-Owned Sales departments. The role focuses on building strong teams, driving profitability, and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the New & Used Sales teams
Drive profitability in both New and Pre-Owned vehicle departments
Improve customer retention and satisfaction
Set, monitor, and maintain performance standards
Identify new opportunities to grow sales and enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of previous automotive sales management experience required
Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams
Strong customer focus with the ability to think quickly and problem-solve
Innovative mindset to build new opportunities for the dealership
Basic MS Office skills and general computer, internet, and math proficiency
