Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
Lead portions of the monthly and annual close, including entries, reconciliations, and analysis
Perform detailed variance and trend analysis for management review
Support incentive and commission calculations and related accounting
Manage sales and use tax compliance and reporting processes
Assist with acquisition accounting, post-close integration, and policy alignment
Partner with external auditors during financial and compliance reviews
Enhance internal controls, documentation, and accounting procedures
Monitor evolving accounting standards and ensure ongoing compliance
Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support business initiatives
Provide financial insights for special projects and strategic initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, systems, and workflows
Support executive-level and board-level reporting materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Authorized to work in the United States
Demonstrated financial analysis and reporting capabilities
Public accounting experience strongly valued
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
Lead portions of the monthly and annual close, including entries, reconciliations, and analysis
Perform detailed variance and trend analysis for management review

Preferred
2+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public environment
Strong foundation in GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience supporting complex or project-based operations is a plus
Prior exposure to ERP platforms and system implementations preferred
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
CPA or CMA preferred but not required
